It all begins with getting in touch. We invite you to fill in our online form, in three quick steps, designed to gather the first key details about your project. You just need to let us know a few things: the type of part, its approximate dimensions, the material you have in mind, and any specific requirements. This form gives us a first glimpse of your needs, allowing us to start on a solid foundation.

2. Evaluation of specifications and personalised consultation : Once we receive your form, Drükfab will get in touch to review your specifications in detail. We understand that every project may involve specific requirements, and we take the time to understand your goals. At this stage, we’ll discuss the feasibility of your project and the best way to move forward. Selection of appropriate materials and technologies The FDM technology we use allows for a wide range of materials — from technical plastics such as ABS, PLA, ASA, PC, and PETG, to more specialised options for specific industrial applications. We will guide you in selecting the most suitable material based on mechanical strength, durability, working temperature, or aesthetic requirements.

4. Design and 3D modelling:
If you already have a 3D model of your project, we will review and optimise it for printing. If not, we can work with you to create an accurate 3D model using advanced design software.
5. FDM 3D Printing:
Once the model is approved, we proceed with printing. Using FDM technology, we print layer by layer by depositing heated material onto the print bed.
